We ship to all addresses within New Zealand. We do not currently ship internationally. If you are located outside New Zealand and are interested in our products, please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on product type and your location:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. For large or heavy fabricated items, a freight quote will be provided prior to order confirmation.
Free local pickup is available from our Silverdale workshop during business hours:
Large or oversized items: Some items — including structural steel, large tanks, and oversized custom fabrications — cannot be shipped via standard courier and require freight delivery. We will contact you to arrange a suitable freight solution after your order is placed.
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with a standard stock item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
All custom-fabricated products are made to order to your specific requirements. As such, custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are defective or do not conform to the agreed specifications.
If there is a fault or discrepancy with a custom order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
